Summer Proof Your Makeup

Today I am going to share with you some of my go to makeup products to summer or sweat proof your makeup. Some also include spf which is very important these coming summer months to protect your skin from the sun.

Urban Decay De-Slick Oil Control Setting Spray

During warmer weather our skin tends to produce more oil and makeup slides around but I have found that this setting spray helps keep it in place, I usually spray it before and after makeup.

Glossier Lash Slick Mascara

This mascara has changed my eyelash game! Even in warmer weather this mascara has not flaked or smudged. This is a water resistant formula which helps it last all day.

It Cosmetics CC+ Cream with spf 50

This is a new favorite of mine. I bought for when I went to the Bahamas and wanted something with coverage and spf to protect my skin from the sun and I found this one in Sephora.  I learned that even though its a CC cream its very full coverage and a small amount goes along way!

Tarte Cosmetics Set Sail Lipstick

Perfect neutral lipstick for summer and would look great on any skin tone. I like it for the hotter weather because it feels like there’s nothing on your lips. It came in a trio set with a lip balm and gloss.

ABH Dipbrow Pomade

This is great if you want to go to the beach or pool but want your eyebrows to stay in place, this pomade is waterproof and does not smear when you get in water.

Jack Black Lip Balm spf 25

A lot of the time we neglect our lips from spf but just like our skin it needs protection from sun burns. I have been using this one for years and its one of my favorite balms.
